Chipped and cracked tile repair in Sydney.
We repair chipped, cracked and scratched tiles on site across Sydney without taking them out. We fill the damage, colour match the glaze or the stone and re-finish the surface. That means one damaged tile in a bathroom or a kitchen floor is fixed in place, with no re-tiling and no hunting for a match.
What we repair
Chipped and cracked tile repairs we do.
Chipped tile edges and corners
We rebuild the chip and colour match the glaze so the edge reads as whole again.
Cracked tiles
We fill and stabilise the crack and colour match the line so it stops catching the light.
Chips from dropped objects
Chips in floor tiles from pots, tools and furniture, filled flush and blended.
Holes from removed fittings
Old towel rail and bracket holes filled and finished to match the tile.
Scratched and dull patches
Marks on porcelain and stone tiles cut back and re-polished.
Stone tiles and wall panels
Marble, travertine and stone-look panels repaired the same way as benchtops.
What we say no to
When a tile needs a tiler instead.
Some damage is not worth repairing, and we say so before you spend anything.
- A tile that is loose, drummy or lifting. That needs a tiler to re-bed it.
- A crack that keeps growing because the floor is moving. The cause has to be fixed first.
- Whole areas of tiles that are worn or damaged. One or a few tiles is a repair. A whole floor is a re-tile.
Repair or replace
| What changes | Repair with us | Replace |
|---|---|---|
| Matching | Colour matched to the tile next to it | A replacement tile from a batch that may not exist |
| Mess | A small area, no dust from cutting out | Grinding out the old tile and grout |
| Time | Usually one visit | Tiler, drying time and grout |
