Some damage is not worth repairing, and we say so before you spend anything.

  • Items that need replacing, like a cracked-through top or a warped door. We flag them before we quote so you can order early.
  • Structural, waterproofing or electrical defects. We do surfaces and finishes.

The bottom edge of a curved seat base had been knocked through to the core. We rebuilt it around the curve and colour matched it so the line runs unbroken.

A rough opening had been cut into the wall for a switch plate and the plaster was broken back around it. We made good around the fitting and blended it into the wall finish.

What defects can you rectify before handover?

Chips, scratches, gouges, dents, burn marks, stains and knocks on benchtops, joinery, cabinet doors, wardrobes, doors and frames, walls, tiles, stainless steel, aluminium, powder coat and glass. If it is a surface and it is damaged, send us the photo and we will tell you if it is repairable.

Can you work on a live site?

Yes. We work around other trades and after hours or on weekends where the program or the tenant requires it. We bring our own equipment and control dust around each repair.

What do you need before you come on site?

Site access details and any induction requirements. We are insured and WHS-compliant and we send our insurance and WHS documents before we attend.

Do you document the work?

Yes. We take before and after photos of every defect. They are suitable for sign-off, for insurance claims and for back-charges where the cause needs to be attributed.

Can you take a full defect schedule?

Yes. Send the schedule with photos and we price it item by item. We work through it in order and report back as items close.

What if an item cannot be repaired?

We tell you before we quote it, so you can order the replacement without losing time waiting on us. We can also colour match a new item to the ones around it once it is fitted.
