Frequently asked

Can it really be repaired, or should we replace it?

Most damage can be repaired in place. Send a photo and we’ll tell you either way — including when replacement genuinely is the right call. We’d rather say so than sell you a repair that won’t hold.

Do you work on site?

Yes. Repairs are carried out in place, colour-matched to the surrounding finish. There’s no rip-out, no transport and no replacement lead time.

How long does a repair take?

Most jobs are completed in a single visit. Larger defect lists are scheduled across the program so trades and tenants aren’t held up.

Do you work outside business hours?

Yes. On commercial sites we work after hours and weekends where that’s what the program or the venue requires.

Are you insured and WHS-compliant?

Yes. We’re insured and WHS-compliant, and documentation is available on request before we come on site.

Is the work guaranteed?

Yes — every repair is guaranteed in writing.

Do you handle insurance and damage claims?

Yes. We document the damage and the repair and work directly with insurers and builders on claim and back-charge work.
